14-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No worries — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm your return and send you instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, we’ve got it covered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card issuer to post it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away (a photo helps!) and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
